Very professional and caring doctors. They take time to listen and truly try to help you. I travel from VA to Cleveland to get testing and treatment for a rare condition that no local doc could help with.

I dont know exactly how to say this, therefore please dont take this the wrong way but I have never had a better experience in a hospital. The staff, facility and my experience with the healing of my family was fantastic. Questions were answered and we were constantly asked how we were doing and if we needed anything at all. I would reccomend this facility to anyone in need of medical care.

I did all my residency program in the CCH in the 70's, in Ob/Gyn. I cannot by being thankful to Dr Lester Ballard and Dr James Krieger, for all I learned from them, not only on how to deal with Gyn cancers but with all difficult cases, but to be a good human being, amongst all miseries that sometimes Modern Nature presented us with! I am now a 76 y o gynecologyst, 51 + years post graduated (1970) and I considered myself very fortunate to have been through such experience!!

Dr. Alice Prescott Sullivan in the Functional Medicine Group is excellent, and I do not say that lightly because I far and away find in my experience the majority of doctors are pathetic. She diagnosed me right away with a rare disorder that 30+ doctors missed -- a disorder that I had asked both my oncologist and my immunologist to screen me for but they lacked the training and education to do so. I did not ask Dr. Sullivan to screen me for this disorder because I did not want to influence her diagnosis. Instead, I wanted to present my case to her and get her expert opinion, unaided by any theories I held that might "lead the witness" so-to-speak. And I am very glad that I approached it that way. Also, I am very impressed that whatever treatment modality or thought leader I mention to Dr. Sullivan, she is well-versed in her knowledge of all of them. And she is the only FMD that I have found who takes insurance. I was referred to Dr. Sullivan by a patient who has a rare disorder who said that Dr. Sullivan helped him a lot. My first appointment at Cleveland Clinic Functional Medicine was in person. I believe it was $1000.00 for the visit, which insurance covered. After that, I do Skype-like virtual visits for follow-ups. Those are not covered by insurance and cost $200. But it is cheaper and easier than me having to drive or fly to Ohio. I also work with RD Kerry Fairchild as a health coach. I can do weekly Skype-chats with her and they are free of charge.

I been get care from Fairview hospital for 6 years and when I say they are the best hands down especially In the labor and delivery department My nurse was Rachel who helped deliver my baby 4-24-19 and she was awesome and super professional and if you ever need a great OB Doctor I Would Recommend Robert Klaus He Is Great And Straight Forward he is located at 24700 LORAIN rd north Olmsted it’s worth it great staff at this location also. For all the people that gave the Cleveland Clinic a bad review, I honestly don't know where you were at. I was at the Clinic located on Carnegie Avenue and received the best and most professional care I have ever received. I was there to have brain surgery and from the intake person, to the person who did my MRI, they were on time and Very nice to me. Dr. Machado was the surgeon and he was fabulous. As was his staff and surgical team. The only complaint I have is the hospital only has shared rooms and at times that can be most difficult. The nurses were there when I called to the best of their ability and always nice. I came from Las Vegas and am sure glad I did.

There is a reason Cleveland Clinic is world-renowned, it is phenomenal. The doctors, staff and everyone in between know their jobs. Been a patient since 2007 and I will NEVER go anywhere else.
